King's Crown Rowing Association Junior Invitational Regatta at Overpeck.

This spring, the KCRA is hosting the inaugural King's Crown Rowing Association Junior Invitational Regatta at Overpeck.

We have invited 12 of the top women’s and men’s junior programs nationally, including both of last year’s national champions.

The events are men’s and women’s 1st, 2nd & 3rd varsity eight oared shells.  We are expecting about 650 rowers and over 50 races over the course of the weekend.  The purpose of the regatta is for the junior programs to compete in two days of intense racing and the opportunity to promote Columbia crew to high quality rowers.

This is a new, important, and exciting event for the KCRA.  We would be grateful for your active support and participation, please consider:

  • Attending one or both of the race days

  • Volunteering to help make the regatta a success (free breakfast and lunch)

  • Making a donation

Please contact Jim Murphy if you are interested in attending, volunteering, donating or with any regatta related questions (jcmurphy888@gmail.com or 978-335-4400).
